Whatholdseolebackfromursuingtheirdreamsandactingontheirgreatideas?Ibelieveitsfearoffailure。Someoneoncesaid，“therearealotofwaystobecomeafailure，butnevertakingachanceisthemostsuccessfulway。”Ivealsohearditsaidthat“eoledontlantofail……theyfailtolan。”
Comaniesthesedaysmustbewillingandabletochangeconstantly。Sometimescomanieschangecoursetosurvive，andsometimestheydosobecauseanoortunityistoogoodtoresist。Iknowofasmallcomanythatrovidedamessengerserviceseveralyearsago。Asuddenmajorincreaseincororateuseoffaxmachinesnearlyutthissmallcomanyoutofbusiness。Fortunately，theownerofthecomanywasastuteenoughtorealizeotherglobalcororatetrendshaeningatthesametime。Theownershiftedgearsfromofferingamessengerservicetorovidinganoffsiterecordsstorageservice，andsoonbusinesswasboomingonceagain。
