Butinthe10yearssinceRio，Ihavelearnedthataddressingourleadersisnotenough。AsGandhisaidmanyyearsago，“Wemustbecomethechangewewanttosee。”Iknowchangeisossible，becauseIamchanging，stillfiguringoutwhatIthink。Iamstilldecidinghowtolivemylife。Thechallengesaregreat，butifweaccetindividualresonsibilityandmakesustainablechoices，wewillrisetothechallenges，andwewillbecomeartoftheositivetideofchange。
